Food Exchange presents Sakura Preview, a curated Asian brunch experience inspired by Japan’s cherry blossom season. Designed as a gentle introduction to spring flavours, the brunch showcases light, elegant dishes with seasonal ingredients and subtle floral notes.

Guests can explore interactive stations including a Spring Broth Asian Noodle Bar, Dumpling & Dim Sum live counter, Yakitori & Asian Grill, and a Sakura Sushi counter, offering a refined preview of the upcoming Sakura celebrations.
