Kokum Sharbat

Ingredient
Kokum Rinds – 5-6
Mint, Roughly chopped – 1 tbsp.
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp.
Black salt – 1/4 tsp.
Water – 1 glass
Ice cubes – 2 (optional)

Soak the kokum rinds overnight, or in hot water for couple of hours till they get soft (at least 30 minutes.)

Once the rinds are soft, squeeze and extract the pulp.

To the pulp, add chopped mint leaves, water, roasted cumin powder and black salt.

Stir well, and serve chilled.


Chia Seed pudding

Ingredient
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon honey or other sweeteners, optional
1 Mango
1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
1 tsp walnuts

Pour chia seeds and almond milk into a jar and mix well. Add honey (optional). Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no lumping.

Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

When you’re ready to eat it, top with mango, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and serve it cold.
