Bangalore has become a city with self-sufficient areas that contain everything you may need and in the vicinity. So when one mentions Whitefield everytime we feel like dining out it’s always a no. This time around when my friend and I felt like a long drive and trying out something new, we gave in and decided to go for it. We somehow knew that this place will be worth the long trek and luckily it was actually worth driving every mile to reach here. Litbox and Dock 66 are two new entrants to the city’s growing F & B sector and the vibe out here is very young and fresh.

LitBox, the unique multi outlet space recently opened at Divyasree Technopark, Whitefield, was conceived as a space that celebrates everyday shenanigans and also elevate one’s special days- an immersive, innovative and utilitarian space that becomes a hangout for people from all walks of life.

Whether you are in a mood to relax, raring to party, get a quick bite, finish some work, spend time with your family, catch up with friends over a drink, make it a fun weekend or buy something on the move. Whatever the need, Litbox has it all! And the best part is that it all comes in a box – literally!

Litbox is the “Out of the Box thinking” brainchild of Divyasree Developers. “Imagine a new-age Hangout (Adda) offering unique experiences and variety of F&B outlets across the year. A space that’s a rendezvous point for friends, a hangout spot for families, a coffee over conversations zone after work and a rager for the weekend! They literally decided to refurbish shipping containers and offered them to various vendors who would like to be a part of this story. And that’s how Litbox was born.

Litbox has a wide variety of eateries, Dock 66 the bar, bank ATMs, Chai days, Imperio Fried Chicken and much more coming up… The dispersed containers that house them blend well into the wide open spaces.

DOCK 66
Imagine having a drink on a table with a sea route etched on it. And having it seated inside a container which has probably traversed the very route many times over. Well, you can actually do this at Dock 66, the latest bar in town. Launched recently at Litbox, Whitefield, and the only bar in the Litbox space. Dock 66 takes travel fantasy to another level. Set inside refurbished containers and resplendent with sea, air, and land travel memorabilia, Dock 66 can transport you to another world.

Must haves on the menu are Venpongal cheese balls, hara bara kebab and Prawn Ghee Roast. Call out for ace Chef Shivanth Nishkam who has many years of experiencing in working at some of the top hotspots of Bangalore. Take his recommendations and be rest assured that you will have a memorable dining experience here.
