This Chinese New Year, Foo rings in the festivities with a limited-edition menu inspired by symbols of prosperity, abundance and togetherness. The special offerings bring together bold Asian flavours, playful textures and festive flourishes, making it a fitting celebration for the season.The menu features inventive rolls like the Golden Prosperity Roll, combining asparagus tempura,avocado, cream cheese and a mustard zing sauce, finished with a sprinkle of gold dust, alongside the Fat Choy Chicken Roll, layered with chicken, avocado, cream cheese, charcoal golden crunch and chipotle sauce. Dim sum highlights include the Fortune Cottage Cheese Dumpling with lotus root and sriracha and the Harmony Prawn Dumpling, filled with prawns, leeks, red chilli and house-made chipotle sauce, finished with edible glitter. For heartier bites, Foo presents dishes such as Abundance Baby Potatoes, fried and tossed with scallions, sesame seeds and a fragrant house sauce; Fragrant Festival Chicken with scallion, snow
peas, chilli and oyster sauce; and Celebration Asian Seabass in a bold Sichuan sauce. The festive spread is rounded off with Three Treasure Prawns, featuring crispy prawns with shredded egg, bird’s eye chilli and scallions, and Prosperity XO Rice with edamame, pak choy, corn, house-made vegetarian XO sauce and fried seaweed.
To end on a sweet note, the Red Fortune Cherry Delight brings together cherry mousse, white chocolate, chocolate sponge, cherry filling, mascarpone cream and a cocoa velvet spray, a fitting finale to the celebratory menu.
