Rooted in Cantonese tradition yet expressed with modern flair, the menu moves from indulgent sushi like the Galloping Jade Maki and Golden Abundance Roll to celebratory dim sum such as the Prosperity Dumpling and Emperor’s Fortune Dumpling. Bold small plates including the Royal Trumpet Chicken, Fire Blessing Siakap and Fortune Feast Lamb Shank bring warmth and depth, while comforting large plates like the Golden Harvest Pot and Sacred Longevity Rice round out the feast.
Complementing the menu is a thoughtfully crafted cocktail collection inspired by Asian botanicals and global spirits, featuring pours such as Lunar Bloom, Hidden Treasures and Crimson Dynasty. By weaving symbolism, seasonality and technique, KOKO offers a dining experience that feels both rooted
