Sprawling 40,000 sq. ft. Transformation in the heart of Bangalore.
One of Swathy Sivaraman’s standout projects was the ambitious transformation of a sprawling 40,000 sq. ft. space located in the heart of Bangalore. This project presented a unique challenge as the building originally featured complete traditional-style floors. Swathy and her team undertook the task of modernising each floor while preserving its distinct traditional elements. The result was a harmonious fusion of old and new, where each floor boasted a different theme, creating an uber luxury environment.
Mini Palace Fusion – 6bhk 7,000 sq. ft. Apartment
Another remarkable project was the conversion of a 7,000 sq. ft. apartment into a mini palace. Swathy’s team faced the challenge of merging two separate 4BHK apartments into one cohesive living space. The design approach added a royal and ethnic touch, elevating the grandeur while seamlessly integrating modern lifestyle amenities. The result was a luxurious living space that combined the best of traditional elegance with contemporary comfort.

It makes us push our limit and use what out Indian lineage has always been about,” she adds.
