Singer Saindhavi shares, “This will be my first live performance with Drums Kumaran & Band, and it promises to be a unique experience. We’re focused on delivering our best. While I’ve collaborated with the MAKKA Band before, this time we’ll be performing separately, ensuring a fresh and enjoyable experience. Each band has its own style, and we’re working to make ours distinctive. Our jamming sessions are full of enthusiasm, with a team of talented young musicians who switch gears from fun to serious seamlessly—it’s truly exhilarating.”

MAKKA Band unites three of the finest voices in southern music—Rahul Nambiar, Ranjith Govind, and Aalaap Raju. Meaning ‘People’ in Tamil, MAKKA promotes unity through music, offering an unforgettable experience with award-winning tracks across Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Rahul Nambiar says, “Before even the MAKKA Band came, we started performing together. As the name suggests, we want to bring the madness vibe through the concert and deliver an unforgettable experience. We have also curated a few songs to justify the name ‘Mad Vibe Fest’ and can’t wait to perform.”

Aalaap Raju shares, “Whoever Saindhavi performs with, and her singing will do the talking. She blends with everybody, and we’re looking forward to her performance. When it comes to live performances, people are so receptive and knowledgeable through social media. There are many concerts and live club music events happening in Chennai, and it’s great that people come to watch and support them. I’m excited about the Mad Vibe Fest, to meet the audience and perform for them.”

Ranjith Govind says, “Being associated with Silver Tree for so long makes ‘Mad Vibe Fest’ a special project close to our hearts—it feels like home. We’re looking forward to the big day.”
