Singapore Tourism Board and The Leela Palace, Chennai partnered to offer a diverse range of culinary experiences for both locals and visitors. This collaboration, supported by Singapore’s Diplomatic Missions in India, involved a unique event called “Taste Obsession” in conjunction with The Soul Company. The renowned Singaporean chef, Daniel Sia, Managing Partner of The Coconut Club, curated the entire authentic Singapore menu for the night. The main objective was to showcase how Singapore’s expansive and vibrant F&B landscape inspires travelers to view the island city as a destination for savouring delightful treats such as Kuch Pie Ti, Nasi Lemak, Sambal Udang Petai, Bakwan Jagung, and other delectable and sought-after dishes.
